Soleil D Asie - Carcassonne

We were craving for some Asian food during our trip in Carcassonne and found this place. This was supposed to be a buffet, but when we told the owner we were not that hungry and just looking for a take away meal, he consulted with his wife and agreed to let us purchase a take-away meal for 1 euro less than the buffet price. They gave us a pretty big container and we could fill it as much as we could. They had a large selection of dishes including desserts. The food was somewhat greasy, but it tasted okay and did the trick to relieve our cravings. And just one take-away container could feed my husband and I, with extra left-over too, so it was a good deal. The owners were very nice people too. They didn't mind us taking so much stuff trying to fit everything into the box, in fact the wife even told us to take this and that. She also packed us some chips separately. They didn't speak that much English but they tried their best and were full of smiles. I think we had a pretty good experience and would come back should we have a chance.

Friendly team, wide variety of Asian dishes on the all you can eat buffet, fast replenished, one can feel that the team is eager to please and make sure that you leave a happy customer, location is easy to reach by car near the shopping center, in the new part of the city

Best Asian food around at a good price and lovely people who are only in your enjoyment of authentic Asian food.
