Everest Wok Noodle - Cardiff

My girlfriend and I have been ordering takeout from Everest Wok for a couple of years now, and we have always been impressed with the quality of their food. The portions are generous and the flavors are fantastic. We always end up feeling very full after eating here. The prices are very reasonable, especially for those on a budget. Our favorite dishes to order are the Udon Noodles, Black Bean Sauce with Sliced Beef, and the Chicken Dumplings (Nepalese Momo). Trust me, you won't be disappointed and you'll definitely be full after this meal! The momo is a must-try as it is a signature Nepalese dish. I don't understand the negative reviews as everything we have tried from Everest Wok has been fresh and flavorful. They are definitely the best takeout noodle bar in Cardiff in our opinion. The fact that they offer brown rice is a huge plus for us. The owners, who are Nepalese, are very friendly and always greet us with a smile. I wish they would promote this unique aspect of their business more, as it sets them apart from other takeaways in the area. Their mix of pan-Asian cuisine is very interesting and we wish them success at their new location on Crwys Road. Don't be put off by the bad reviews, we believe they are fake and we have never been disappointed in the two years we have been ordering from Everest Wok.

One of the worst takeaways I have ever eaten food was tasteless, mushy and absolutely disgusting. The Chinese curry sauce looked, smelt and tasted absolutely awful. Raw chips would provide a better eating experience. I would suggest people looking for a noodle box visit one of the other 3 or 4 noodle bars within 2mins walk of Everest Wok

Ordered chicken balls from here which were very nice and came with plenty of sauce. We also had a choice of sauces which was nice and the order was very prompt!! Staff were brill. Thanks.

I was hesitant about trying this shady-looking restaurant and unfortunately, the food was terrible. I definitely won't be returning as they were completely incompetent during my first visit.
