Frankie Benny's - Cardiff

I visited Frankie and Benny's today after taking the kids for a swim. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was friendly, the food arrived quickly, and everything was beautifully presented. We left as two happy moms and three happy girls. This has been our best visit to Frankie and Benny's so far!

During my visit to this restaurant, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. We were given a choice of tables and received prompt service. The food was enjoyable, and the staff was consistently fantastic throughout our meal. Having visited several locations, I can confidently say this is the best one so far.

I had an excellent experience with Matthew's service. Without a doubt, this is the best place for pasta and pizza. There are also many interesting old photographs to enjoy.

One of the best breakfasts. the price is very reasonable with almost any teller under £10. the staff is always helpful and friendly. danielle was very attentive and helpful all the time when we were there. restaurant is a beautiful size with good ambiente and never seems too busy for the breakfast, which is great.

The prices are steep but I had a discount voucher, although I would actually be happy to pay full price to eat here but it'd have to be a treat not a regular visit. My burger was amazing, the kids meal was yummy, plenty of choices for kids, probably the biggest number of kids options I've seen on a menu (including vegan pizza which doesn't usually seem to be an option for children). It was fairly busy and sometimes service felt a little slow but not off-putting. Waiter seemed a bit solemn but was actually very friendly and helpful and the bartender made us some delicious gin mocktails. All in all lovely food, loads of options for adults and children, nice drinks, good staff, worth a visit. Be prepared for noise though, the building isn't the best for acoustics and seemed to amplify everything.
