Hollywood Pizza - Cardiff

Ordered off uber (we had a discount code) but because uber didn't charge us for the stuffed crust we got basic pizza. Very poor customer service. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff when they called. Would give 0 stars if I could, based on customer service alone. We normally use Just Eat and never have any issues. Sad they don't take care of repeat customers. Once again messed up my order. Asked for cheesy chips got regular chips also missed my chicken and extra cheese on my 4 toppings choose your pizza.

Chicken undercooked and burnt on the outside. Kebabs full of chilly so was to hot to eat. Food was just awful in general. Normally order from hear quite often but no more. Tried to phone the restaurant to see if they could sort this and he was very rude abrupt and wasn't willing to make 1 of his loyal customer happy.

I had given 4 stars before. But now I had to change my mind as I experienced a very poor attitude by the staff preparing the order Especially the guy wearing a black headband. Didn't expected this in a nice city like Cardiff. You should be generous and respectful to the customers.

A birthday family meal of £42 , one meal completely missing . Used Uber eats as the delivery service who got the blame for the error by the restaurant, who couldn’t care less . that’s absolute rubbish as all the bags were sealed. Never again. The food we did receive was Awful too never ever again

I recently started using the Food Hub app to order from Hollywood Pizza. I have ordered three times in the past few weeks and the food is excellent. From the burgers to the kebabs, everything is delicious. The kebabs were the best we have ever had. We will definitely be ordering from Hollywood Pizza again soon. Thank you for the amazing food and we can't wait to try more.
