Morrisons - Cardiff

Worst breakfast ever very disapointed not only took 30 mins came out cold and beans must of been taken straight out tin hard and cold complian falls on deaf ears need to re train stuff to cook present and customer service I myself work in food industry and this service is unacceptable photo is a small and a full breakfast

I feel unless I write a review then nothing will be done. Even then nothing may get resolved. I enjoy shopping at Morrisons because I like the fresh food that is offered. For the second time in 2 weeks I have been the victim of Morrisons Cardiff Bay incorrectly pricing food items compared to those advertised on the various displays around the store. The previous occasion was when 500g Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes were advertised on the display at £2.50, yet when I got to the till they were £3.29. Luckily I had noticed the difference in the aisle where the same product was placed. I highlighted the error to 2 members of staff, and provided a not my problem answer. I managed to receive the refund at the kiosk near the store entrance. Again today, I noticed that multipack chocolate bars were advertised on the display at £1.50 yet literally around the corner the same multipacks on the shelf were advertised at £1.65. This increased price was again what I was potentially charged at the till until I showed a photograph of the display items. Now this could simply be a mistake although I strongly encourage other customers to check the price of the display items when you get to the till. I also encourage Morrisons management to do their job so that this is not escalated further for intentional mispricing.

Dreadful, place was filthy with chicken bone on the floor with other rubbish. Tables had dirty crocs on them which staff walked past on 8 occasions. Had no fish, scampi, no pies, no curry or sausages this at 4pm. Staff was sympathetic but only saw one member. Place has been in decline for a while now. Time to eat elsewhere where they do have some food, Barry Morrisons is brilliant, this place is tierd and needs either sorting out or closing down, by the looks of it today, the latter.

Thank god ASDAS has a great pizza counter. yesterday i went to Morrisons store and waited at a pizza counter for 15 minutes (Toppings were all out uncovered on display) as no one was coming i asked a man behind the cheese counter if he could make it he then sent me to another man who literally told me Nah Sorry feeling annoyed i popped over to the better store (ASDA) who had two workers and a long cue on their amazing pizza counter. Not only is there service far better the choice of toppins is night and day compared to your strange tasting spicy chicken and left out pepperoni. Very dissatisfied. Will be abanding Morrisons to shop at Asda in future.

Never once been let down here. not sure I’m a fan of the ‘exciting; new menu. Hope the old one returns after the pandemic and please bring back tinned tomatoes. Why can’t we swap items in the breakfast menu anymore?
