Give 5 stars for good taste, serving and fast service. Person who served us was very professional with a friendly approach. They had problems with the card payment machine, so I recommended them to get one with mobile/app or web access as I had to wait a good 7 strange minutes to be able to pay while I was in a hurry. However, the CS person was very apologetic.

I ordered the food of Saray Express Turkish take in Cardiff and I was very impressed with their service and quality. The food arrived on time, hot and fresh, and it was delicious. I had the mixed grill that came with lambskin, chickenshake, lambskin, chickens, rice, salad and bread. The meat was tender and juicy, the rice was fluffy and fragrant, and the salad was crisp and refreshing. The bread was baked at home and soft, perfect for diving in the hummus and tzatziki. The portions were generous and satisfying. I also tried the falafels, which were crispy outside and moist inside, served with a brownish sauce. Prices were appropriate for the quantity and quality of food. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a free baklava for dessert. It was a sweet and fluffy treat that ended my meal on a high note. I would recommend Saray Express to anyone who loves Turkish food or wants to try something new. They have a variety of dishes that match different tastes and preferences, from vegetarian to seafood to vegan. You also have a website where you can order online easily and conveniently. Sara Express is one of the best takeaways in Cardiff and I can't wait to order them again.

We had the record for two! and there was so MUCH food. the portions are massive. the whole flesh was super delicate, literally falling from the bone. the service was good, but weridly enough the personal favorite was the bread. It was so soft and fluffy! especially with the dips.

Customer service was top notch and the quality of the food was excellent. We tried Chicken Shawarma and it was very tasty and tasted like cooked at home. The end of our meal they served us free dessert and tea. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are not disappointed.

Always good food. Great fir a late lunch bite to eat, but a shame they didn't open earlier than 2pm. Good standard of cleanliness throughout and good food handling skills from the chef. Food hit and tasty and as ordered.
