Starbucks - Cardiff

Disappointed with the visit today. Standing in the queue like a lemon whilst one member of staff was dealing with some riff-raff had burst into the store and was holding the queue up. Two other staff standing just doing nothing. No apology to me for the very long wait after issue had been sorted.

Amazing staff, really lovely! Limes in my drink were seriously out of date though...the flavour of the drink was strong enough that I didn't notice until the end when I slipped the melted ice.

I visited Cardiff for the first time and obviously as a Starbucks partner, I had to visit Cardiff Starbucks. The coffee was just splendid. Thank you very much!

I lost my phone in this Starbucks and went in after and spoke to two ladies who had kept it safe for me! They were amazing and made me a delicious chai latte, really lovely people I am so grateful!!

Great location. Great coffee. Great service and staff were friendly. Really great atmosphere and great place to have a catch up.
