Balay Sa Danao - Cardona, Rizal

I ate at Balay sa Danao two times during my vacation to the Philppines and was very pleased with the food and selection of Filipino Cuisine! They had great food and a fun and cozy environment. I especially liked the homemade ice cream, halo halo, and dark chocolate shake. I would recommend this restaurant to my family friends. They even have a room for little children to play in with a window so that adults/parents may enjoy their meal any time. A wonderful place and I plan to go there the next time I visit Danao City, Philippines!

I'd already heard a lot about this place and wanted to go to Danao just so I could try it for myself. It exceeded my expectations, taste-wise and price-wise. The crispy pata, kinamatisang kawali and mixed veggies we had was soooo tasty that it was hard to believe it had no MSG in it (there really was none! Servings were also huge that we even had some leftovers to take home. Definitely worth the drive and would love to go back there soon and bring friends and family.

Nice food. Relaxing place too. Very accessible place to eat, near in church, terminal and near camotes port.

Tried the pork steak, ribs, embodito, lumpia, fresh fruit shakes, home made ice cream, they’re all so good! We will be back for your pochero and baked bisayang manok
