Scratch Seasonal Supper Club - Cardston

Well worth the ride to Cardston. Everything on the menu was full of taste, well presented, and we left the feeling full of good, healthy food. What we enjoyed most was the tasting of dishes that we would never be brave enough to order in a restaurant. Even the hyssop leaves were delicious.

I don't even care what's on the menu, because I know everything she creates will be exciting and delicious! A favorite night of us here in our little town. We're so lucky!

Levels on taste layers in each dish. To say that I was blown away would be an understatement. Each course combined and was well thought out and devine. Some of our favorites were the Chedder biscuits with orange butter and tomatoes jam, chestnut soup was so smooth, the roasted chicken was unreal and of course the cream brûlée was amazing. Thanks Nicole and Crew for a nice evening.

October menu was perfection! Lovely atmosphere... great company and delicious home cooked food. Such a nice evening... and the creme brulee... wowza!! so good!
