This place has the worst service no matter what time you go there, drive thru is horrible, there speed of service most be way below it's average,needs to get better mgnt who really cares about customer service

I placed an order online to pickup at 9pm they made the order as soon as it came in at 8pm so when I got there my food was cold she said they don't look at the pickup time and standing at the counter for 10 min weighting to get waighted on they are very slow they take 1 order then fill it then take the next order so service is terrible staff just walking around talking to friends instead of working

Had to wait for shrimp and evidently my chicken sandwich and fries were ready before and were cold by the time I got

This is supposed to be a fast food chicken place but the chicken and everything else takes forever to get. Ok the plus side the food is decent but not worth the wait.

We arrived there at 11:00 pm . We went through the drive thru, and no one took our order. So we drove up to the window. A young lady said that the cooks all left for the night, then she said that all walked out on her. I didn't believe a word she said.I hope that they change their hours of operation.It's not until 12am. This is a false advertisement.
