Carolina Kitchen Food Truck - Carindale

Overpriced long waiting time. 33 min wait for two riders. If they had told us that there was such a great waiting time, we could have gone somewhere else. the simple fries were $6 for fries about the same as a mcdonald’s big size. it was $8 for riders with a spoon of toppings. there were no drinks.

I had no ribs, so maybe they're good. but the wings, burgers and pommes are tiny, bland and overpriced a lkw with carolina' on the side of it should serve bbq. brisket, pulled booze, wing. slowly cooked in a smoker. I have no idea.

Love the ribs, love the fries and love the atmosphere (despite the small interior). The slightly cramped interior is forgiven by the adorable American diner design. The family packs are perfect for a few friends to share (maybe with a couple of added sides - cornbread and fries win my vote!). My favourite ribs in Brisbane.

We've been visiting Carolina Kitchen since they opened and can say that it's always a delicious visit! We love the cornbread, wings, the ribs and the fries and a take home piece of pie is always a must. Love the tunes they play and the family that run it are friendly and always remember you. They now have an outlet at Graceville (open Wednesday-Saturday 5-8) which is our side of town, this could be dangerous! Best American food you'll find in Brisbane, without a doubt.

Authentic American food - the ribs are amazing and the food is great value for how much you get. It's bit warm inside but we usually grab it for takeaway. Fresh home made pies too, yum!
