The chef and his wife are both so welcoming it really does feel like you are coming home for dinner. The food is really something special and is clearly made with expertise and care. Our party had one of the daily specials (they really ARE special) - braised veal shanks, as well as the lasagne and the spaghetti and meatballs. They were all generously sized portions and very very tasty. We have eaten here twice now and will definitely be back. As Molly would say ... "do yourself a favour and check it out."
This Italian restaurant in Brisbane is definitely the best we've tried. The flavors of their dishes are incredibly authentic and the prices are fantastic. If you're craving delicious Italian food on the south side of Brisbane, this is the place to visit.
The food at this restaurant is amazing! I was raised by an Italian grandmother (Nona) and the food here reminds me of the exceptional meals she used to make. They offer simple dishes that are executed perfectly. The prices are very reasonable as well. I come here at least twice a week.
Went for dinner with a group of 7 and we were all very happy with the simple yet tasty food. The mains were a nice size and it was great to have a couple of specials to choose from, meaning we could come back multiple times and always have variety. The desserts were good, not overly sweet and there were lots of choices. Having the BYO option is always good. Will definitely be back
This unassuming little eatery serves a range of delicious home made Italian food - pasta, meat and fish, with lovely salads and vegetables. We stopped by for lunch and thought that the pork sausage rolls were amazing and then had dinner with a group of friends. The house made desserts are made with love and care. This is a really good value option if you like to eat Italian food. The friendly owner Michele used to be the executive chef at Dell'Ugo New Farm!!
