Right on Thai - Carindale

Not sure whether there was a change in management or property, but in the last 3 months the withdrawal from this place had a noticeable improvement. In recent months we have taken several times and the food was fresh and tasty and the staff friendly and efficient. If the standard remains, we will be sure to be regular. The pad Thai is a favorite with the whole family, but a special favorite with the children together with the fried rice. Also recommend the Penang Curry.

We were here for our anniversary dinner. The Tom Kha soup was very creamy and always better with each spoon. The red duck cure was filled with taste. The Choo Chee Beef was good, but needed more sauce. We asked for rice for three instead of two, because we like a lot of rice to soak the sauces. The service we received was only for two and they had to bring us more. The only makel in an otherwise charming meal.

We have been big fans of this restaurant since its opening. The food is great. All our friends and family we met there have agreed that it is one of the best Thai restaurants. We have also taken many times and have eaten group meals there. However, an incident last week has really upset us to the point that we will never return. It is really sad that this has occurred because we will miss good food. There was a group of us dinner and we ordered a dish that not specifically on the menu but one that we ordered several times before in this restaurant. They told us they couldn't do it and they never do it. The answer was confusing as we had before. A meat was thrown in one of her sauce dishes. What annoyed us was the delivery, as we were told 'no' and the attitude of the waitress displayed (which seemed either the head waitress or the manager at the service). She was very rude and abrupt when she spoke and even rolled her eyes when we told her we had this court before us (all 6 of us). She argued that it was not possible. Your behavior ruined our evening. She could have delivered this whole message in courtesy without the attitude and we would have accepted it. Apparently, she has to focus on her customer service skills.

Right on Thai is my way to the restaurant when I feel like Thai food because it never disappoints. Your food is full of taste and always of a really high quality. All I tried from Right on Thai was amazing, but their purses are definitely a must try!

My wife and I have eaten here on several occasions and have always thoroughly enjoyed the food. A hidden gem!
