Pizza Express - Carlisle

Horrible sent me undercooked pizza when I called to request another one they just fobbed me off worst pizza express I have ever ordered from!!!!!

Ordered a pizza at 4:45 and it only came at 7:15, absolute shambles of a restaurant was told because I’ve waited so long they’d have to remake it anyways so I cancelled my order , next thing the app says it’s on its way. It came and was stone cold , the chicken literally was grey and the pizza was rock hard. Fancy waiting 2 and a half hours for a piece of inedible sh*te , don’t know if I’ll get a refund since it eventually came but still a shan.

Terrible service. Waited over 15 minutes before someone acknowledged us then nearly an hour to get our pizza. More deliveries were going out than people getting their meal inside the restaurant. One of the staff spent more time talking to her table of friends than serving customers. Lovely food but not worth the wait. Disappointed

Fabulous Vegan Pizzas, with quite a few choices. Staff very Friendly informative. Ambience Grrrreat.... So GOOD we went Twice in 3 nights !!!

Fantastic meat calzone.. Best I've ever had. My wife's goat cheese pizza was very good as well apparently. Service quick and friendly. Would recommend.
