Tikka Indian - Carlisle

I had an hour in which to eat so wasn 't interested in anywhere with a waiting list or that needed a booking, nor anywhere where the prices were upped because of posh decor and in place popularity and there are a few like that in Carlisle! This looked under appreciated and although I had only a quickly prepared basic Rogan Josh/Pilau Rice and Aloo Gobi dish, all was well cooked and well presented, no complaints anywhere and a nice touch the table linen was very high quality and swiftly renewed as soon as guests departed.

Chi tikka was watery not marinated v well curry sauce was bland what does it take to make consistent good food you have just lost a customer. 20.00 worth of food what a joke no wonder Indian cuisine is struggling
