The food is fantastic, but they consistently forget to include the BBQ sauce with my chicken fries.

The food at this restaurant is consistently top-notch, and the service is exceptional too.

I did not receive my chicken sandwich. The bag was sealed, but it only contained part of my order.

I have never been so disappointed. The Family Bundle included three cheeseburgers that were excessively spicy and nearly impossible to eat. To make matters worse, the Frozen Fanta Wild Cherry and the Classic OREO Shake never even arrived; the dasher informed me that the restaurant didn't provide them. As if things couldn't get any worse, the Hamburger King Jr Meal came with a cheeseburger that was so spicy my son couldn't eat it, and instead of the requested apple sauce, we received French fries. I'm not sure if they were just having an off night, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever encountered.
