Love coming to the Carlisle Chili’s for celebratory chips, salsa, and dinner. Our waiter Martin handled our large party of 18 tonight with no stress!

The mini cheeseburgers are fantastic! The bun really brings everything together. The cheese sticks from the pick 3 platter were substantial and satisfying. The batter had a great flavor, which was definitely an upgrade. The chili is packed with meat and deliciousness. If you're not into chili, the potato soup and chicken tortilla soup are reliable choices. The warm chips and fresh salsa are absolutely delightful, surpassing even some authentic Mexican restaurants. I noticed there are many new items on the menu, including a new seafood pasta and a delicious empanada dessert served with ice cream that I can't wait to try on my next visit. The service was outstanding—attentive, helpful, and patient as we navigated through the updated menu.

This is the best Chili's in the area. The staff is always friendly. Even though they seem a bit understaffed, the food is served quickly and tastes fresh. We've never had a negative experience and will definitely keep coming back.

I really enjoy visiting Chili's and diving into the chips and salsa as soon as I sit down. I snack on them while I decide what to order for my main dish. It's a wonderful spot to sip on some wine and unwind.
