Redds Smokehouse Bbq Carlisle

This is the best BBQ I've had in the past ten years. We sampled a variety of dishes, including wings, pulled pork, brisket, ribs, and smoked prime rib. Even the sides and sauces were outstanding. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

My husband and I absolutely love Redd's! While opinions on BBQ places may vary, this is MY review! Personally, my favorite dish has always been the pulled pork with Honey Mustard sauce. My husband, on the other hand, prefers the ribs and wings. The side dishes are enjoyable, and the staff is very friendly. The prices are reasonable as well. Give it a try! If you like it, fantastic! If not, that's okay too. As locals, we can definitely say it's always a tasty choice for us!

On my drive through Carlisle, PA from New Jersey back to Ohio, I came across this restaurant on Yelp, and it had great reviews. I have to say, it’s one of the best BBQ places I’ve ever visited. The food was excellent and beautifully presented, and the service was outstanding. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality during our long journey home. This is definitely a spot we'll be stopping at again on our next trip!

What a fantastic gem in downtown Carlisle! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal before heading to the Allenberry Theater. Our waitress, Sarah, truly enhanced our experience. We will definitely be returning—what a wonderful discovery!
