Ihop - Carlitos

We were taken to our table quickly, and ordered right away. The food was really good and came out very fast. The waitress was kind and friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and she was busy cleaning tables in between waiting on us. Very pleased with everything!

Everything was great service was great I came in 2 weeks ago our server was great all though she did seem a little off but other than that she was amazing and Made sure we had what we needed forgot her name but she has I think black and red hair I wish I got her name but she was excellent ?

Tina was our server. She was friendly and attentive. The food was good. My bourbon glazed chicken had great flavor but very few mushrooms and only broccoli stalks, not florets. Overall, it was a good experience.

It took 10 minutes to put in my food order, 30 minutes for my food to arrive, didn’t get the hashbrowns I ordered and my coffee was cold. Will not be coming to this location again.

I was kinda skeptical at first due to previous reviews, we went on a Saturday morning, restaurant seemed cleaned and in order. We sat down, waitress ask us for our drinks, she came almost immediately with our drinks. We took time to order, because it was a group of 6, and we wanted to order everyone at the same time. She (waitress) took our food order… and we waited for almost 30-45 to get our food. During this time she was on top of us, asking us to see if needed more drinks. Good thing is that we all got our food together at the same time and food was still warm-hot. Overall I give a 3.8 out of 5 stars. Service was good, for they really took a while to prep the food.
