Pizza Inn - Carlitos

First visit and WOW we are amazed! We had the pleasure of being served by Sam Smith (not the singer) and I have to say that his attention to each and every customer was phenomenal! We truly felt like we knew him personally within minutes. Thank you for great service and a great attitude Sam!

This place was so dirty a CUSTOMER was cleaning the floor and tables for them. Service was crud, rude, caddy comments and shuffling feet of lazy employees that didn't care to follow through with drinks or any aspect of the job. 5pm on a Saturday, pizzas were old and dry and never a plain pepperoni. Prices not listed before check out.

The buffet is generally ok and the place is clean. Of course the quality of the pizza lacks slightly. Although their pan pizza is above par.

Pizza was poor selection (pepperoni only) and service sucked... Bad. Place is not what it used to be.

Really enjoyed how fast it was to get pizza with the buffet option. With small kids every second counts. Lol The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was all very good for the price.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for food, relaxed atmosphere.
