Eureka! - Carlsbad

I had lunch at this restaurant and the burger was amazing. The truffle cheese fries were even better. I highly recommend this place. The restaurant wasn't crowded and there was no wait time. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Our children loved watching planes fly so close by to Palomar Airport. We enjoyed sitting next to the cozy outdoor fire pit. The Fresno Fig burger was unbeatable and the best item on the menu. Our waitress Reese was prompt and did a great job. The restaurant is kid-friendly with a nice green play area, and there is ample parking. It is also wheelchair accessible.

I have tried a few burgers at Eureka and I recommend sticking to the Fresno fig burger. The other burgers are just okay. However, I do suggest trying the truffle cheese fries as they are always delicious. The service can be slow sometimes, but I see this restaurant as more of a casual spot to hang out with friends, so it shouldn't be a problem.

So we’ve driven by this place a few times now, and finally my fiancé and I decided to do a dinner date last night. Unfortunately , we had a disappointing experience. The nice hostess sat us down outside, and 17 minutes had gone by with nobody even acknowledged us, the servers just kept walking by and attending to the tables next to us and we didn’t even have water. I had to stand up and let the hostess know that we would like some water and she actually took our whole order and made it happen. Honestly, I would go back, because I loved the Sweet potato fries and cheeseburger was ok, but this was pretty grim ??‍ Wanted to bring my family here next week, hopefully they do a better job.

My daughter and I went in for a shirt mothers day bite. The atmosphere is awesome. Super warm and cozy ...plus the artwork on the walls is super cool ! She got the nachos and I had the truffle fries. Fries were really good. She said the nachos were decent but not spectacular. The service was fantastic! They accommodated our need for quick serviceas we had specific time restraint . We will be going back for dinner next time !
