Panda Express - Carlsbad

By far, best service I've received when visiting a Panda Express near me. Definitely recommend Foods always fresh.

You have sweet fired chicken on your menu, but everytime I go there, you have none out! Very disappointing! I was told it was brought back for the summer!!!! Place is clean.

Bro I work near this and love Panda, but I got FOOD POISONING from this place!!! Ive never gotten food poisoning, I only had coffee that morning too. Was throwing up none stop (couple of weeks ago) and my boss was like yeah you def have food poisoning, go home, might need tmrw off too bc that stays in your system for 24hrs. I'm glad my boss is understanding bc not all bosses are this chill if you're feeling sick especially at a law firm when you're job requires daily attention to detail.Ngl the male employees they got there seem as dumb as a rock. I feel like I'm losing brain cells when I'm standing in line watching them work. There will be like 3 ppl in line at 1pm and we have to wait for them to BARELY realize they need to tell the cooks to make more of like 5 diff things. Like dude, you see something low during lunch time you yell to the cooks about it you don't wait till it's all out, it's not that hard of a concept. And this has happened SEVERAL TIMES, I'd understand if you're having an off day, but I go here a lot, (bc I saw a hot guy once and was hoping to see him again lol bc I left fast out of nervousness when he smiled at me )THEN, they confuse all our plates while we're standing around 15mins waiting during our 1hr lunch break.. drove 5 10mins, some ppl probably have a 30. It's just inconsiderate. Considering this is an area with thousands of professional business offices just tryna get back to their office to work.. How slow and forgetful they are makes me think they forgot to put the meat in the fridge or something and that's how I got sick. Actually gonna report them for investigation with the ca health dept. I LOVE Panda Express. Which is why this location sucks. We walked in today, and NO ONE was there. There was only 1 employee behind the counter who was on his phone and didn't even look up. We waited by the counter for 10 minutes, no employees other than this guy on the phone was present. They were out of most of their food and what little they had looked like it had been sitting out for a while. Considering we didn't even eat here because no one wanted to help us, I wish I could give this place 0 stars. How can you have a location in a ritzy neighborhood if you have service like this?

Lazy. Lazy. Lazy. Won't lift a finger. Don't go here, especially when only the boys are working. They need more females there who know how to communicate. A manager (shorter man of possible asian descent) hides behind the wall near the start of the line and won't help unless something is said. THE COOK (tall male of possible hispanic descent) LIES. Says he doesn't have the ingredients (eggplant tofu , my favorite dish and the only reason I used to go to this particular P.E. as they are the only one that makes it). For 2 months I got the run around about if they still make the dish or not each time I went in I got a different answer. Twice I asked for it , and twice the same cook said no (as he was busy leaning on his hands not doing anything). Apparently the cook was less busy than the other workers there who don't seem to listen to anything. Finally the manager says , each time , yes we do have eggplant-tofu. Then the cook gets all butt-hurt that he has to make it.POOR. Honestly I'm surprised by the bad service in such a nice part of town. Maybe those people who work there should go work where customers are more used to poor service? There is one good thing about the place an outgoing young man of possible northern european descent; he actually listens to you and answers your questions or just gets the job done efficiently (reminds me of someone who works at In-N-Out, you know, that place where they don't LIE to you and they know how to do thier jobs). So this particular Panda is dead to me never again stepping foot inside. I'll be writing Corporate next. Nobody likes to be LIED to.
