Seasons - Carlsbad

My husband and I ate here for dinner on Saturday. We have lived here for almost 4 years and never knew there was a Four Seasons. The ambience is industrially chic. The hostesses were welcoming and have received our request to a stand. Our server was busy, but we never felt neglected. You have a wonderful wine selection and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back.

I visited during their strawberry season, and I was impressed! The drinks and food were delicious, with generous portions and awesome staff. I'm really glad I discovered this place and I will definitely return in the future.

Beautiful, small restaurant with attentive service. We enjoyed breakfast especially with Alex?s warm welcome. Miguel made our evening when he and the server ensured that we had a pleasant dinner.

Visit Seasons if you're looking for exceptional dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a touch of creativity, all served in an environment filled with positive energy. While you may want to avoid shorts, there's no need to don a tuxedo either. When you use great ingredients, there's no need for excessive garnishing to please the palate. The pasta and potato soup truly showcased how thoughtfully combined hearty ingredients can create magic. The pork belly and sea bass, although slightly more sophisticated, still aligned beautifully with this philosophy. The wedge salad was outstanding, and the green apple ice cream was something special in itself. We had a wonderful experience at Seasons, and every penny spent was worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

For dinner, I highly recommend the grilled avocado salad and the wagyu hamburger; both were exceptional. Moreover, I want to mention the outstanding service and lovely atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and professional, and we dined outside by the pool surrounded by heat lamps and beautiful flowering plants, making for a delightful dining experience.
