If you are looking for a beautiful French bistro with excellent eating and service for a very cheap price for fine eating, try it absolutely cuvee oregon. we had gay wellington (a special) and steak frit ... excellent! can not wait to go back and try more of the dressed.

Dinner at Cuvée is always a pleasure! Located in the small country town of Carlton (that was beautifully decorated for the Christmas Holidays) it is a gem. Well worth the drive.

We had dinner at Cuvee to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Everyone loved the food! The pork chop was amazing, really tender and moist. Everything here tastes great.
