Stone Griffon Vineyard - Carlton

One of my favorite wines. it is not commercially like some of the other wineries. the owner is friendly and helpful. linda rocks. she is very informative and we always leave a case. the diversity is fantastic. even picky winos find something they will love. we are proud members of stone griffon and are so happy that we have found them. it is in the heart of carlton so that they can go and visit the cool shops or eat them in one of the delicious restaurants close before or after their tasting. great prizes for incredible wine. intimate the environment and excellent service.

Terry and Carol are true winemakers, creating exceptional wines from their beautiful vineyard in the Willamette Valley. I appreciate the earthy qualities that give their wines both clarity and sophistication in style and quality. The craftsmanship and dedication that go into each bottle are evident in the delicious and consistent flavor from one vintage to the next. Well done!

Terry does a great job enhancing his tasting room, and I really enjoy the variety of selections he offers.

I had a lovely experience at this wine tasting venue. They had live music today, which added to the ambiance. The highlight of my visit was Terry. I'm not usually a wine drinker, but I came with a group that was. When I politely asked if they had any beer available, I found out they didn't. However, Terry was very accommodating and allowed me to store my drink in his private space, which I really appreciated. The level of customer support here is impressive. This charming little place is conveniently located near the main train station. It's cozy and inviting, especially when you add live music to the mix. If you're in Carlton, this is definitely the spot to check out!
