Costa Coffee - Carmarthenshire

I waited in line for a long time, only to be told by a staff member with an attitude that they only accept cash. My suggestion would be to put up a sign on the door or inform people who have been waiting in line for 15 minutes.

Visited today, coffee wasn’t made very well coffee and hot chocolates super watery, stock was low and it was first thing in the morning no breakfast sandwiches out or pastries. I was offered marshmallows for the kids hot chocolates and they were completely gone only good for the bin pictured below. Never had a service like this in any costed around surrounding areas

The staff are lovely, the coffee excellent, BUT the place needs to be cleaned properly and cleaned regularly. The woodwork looked as if its never been polished and the floors were filthy. A let down when you're spending hard earned good money.

Great place with delicious food and perfectly made coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe was clean and busy, which added to the vibrant atmosphere.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible and rude. The lady serving me was not listening, ignored and interrupted me. She gave me the wrong toastie and made a scene in front of everyone, accusing me of taking the wrong one when she had given it to me in the first place. She was very rude and yelled at me, which was extremely embarrassing. Despite asking her three times for vanilla in my coffee, she kept talking over me and I didn't end up with vanilla afterwards. A certain staff member at this restaurant needs to be retrained immediately. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
