Kfc - Carmarthenshire

The eating was hot seemed freshly cooked the staff was polite, friendly apologetic....apologetic, because unfortunately this was waiting to serve much longer than they would expect with just one person before them! the staff served the driving customers much faster, obviously this must be the case, but if they were to work more employees in both areas, the eating in orders would also be served quickly. the waiting queue for the trip thru was long, so I guess they had also a little waiting, definitiw more personal needed at busy days.

Eating great, but ordering on the screen was not. not options for what we wanted. special drinks . but we were hungry so on. table service good. I've got enough food. What can I say? his kfc

We regularly stop here for supper on our way through. It has always been up to scratch. Because we have a dog we have to eat in the car but this is worth it

I had a terrible experience at this KFC. We first tried it while driving to West Wales in July 22 and it was bad, but decided to give it another chance during our trip in August and it was even worse. The service was extremely slow and when we finally received our meals, my wife's order was wrong again, just like last time. They really need to improve their management and staff training.

Terrible. Been here before and had a bad experience. Decided to try again. Nothings changed. Half the menu is not available and the wait is ridiculous. Do not waste your time!
