Mcdonald's - Carmarthenshire

The food was terrible, I couldn't even get a smile out of them. It was like eating rubber. The staff was extremely rude to me and the bathroom was flooded.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited! I waited for half an hour in the drive-thru line and still had to go inside to find out where my order was. Many cars were asked to wait, and the person in front of me demanded a refund from the manager. She blamed the delay on not being able to handle the Breakfast Wrap being on the menu, which I found to be a lame and pathetic excuse. I was not informed about the delay beforehand, and if I had known, I would not have placed my order. I will never use this McDonald's again.

This is the second time this week that our food was missing and we did not receive a receipt to make a complaint. It feels like we are just wasting money by coming here.

Ordered from Uber eats at 5:05pm delivered by 5:22pm the food was not the best the mayo chicken was alright but still cold the fries were cold some where hard where it felt I was eating cardboard and the grilled chicken with lettuce and cucumber was a bit warm the lettuce was disgusting the only good thing was the cucumber. Very disappointed.

Ordered via app. Every order I've made in the past year has been missing main items (this occasion was mig Mac burger and triple cheeseburger), and cold when delivered.
