Happy Restaurant - Carmaux

Food and presentation were excellent .......this restaurant was a great find.....I do not know when I last ate so well in the Tarn region. Keep going..... please.....

We ventured out to Carmaux for a pizza but our usual spot was closed, so decided to drive by and have a look at Happy Restaurant after reading reviews. It looked very appealing from outside and we had a warm friendly welcome from the staff.Food was top quality, very nicely presented. Steak and veal cooked to perfection.My only criticism is the choice of starters is a little limited, but that's just my taste.Certainly the nicest place we have eaten at in Carmaux,

Only just found this little place, we suspect it's newly opened. The service was a little slow but the food more than made up for it. We arrived very early and were the only diners for a while, we will definitely return when next in Carmaux ( may/June )
