le Beouf marin - Carmaux

Bad eating and very expensive waiting an hour between starter and main course two of four appetizers and main dishes were not available!

We have immersed a very wet day for lunch (and had to ring after directions, as our satnav did not recognize the name of the road). the personal was pleasant and attentive, and we enjoyed the delicious and well presented menu du jour. the chef left out. from time to time to check that everything was in order (what it was). a friendly restaurant in a cozy building.

A wonderful welcome in a magnificent setting (terrace in small park, bucolic calm .)I was the supranational of petanque of carmaux and so 2 small menus were offered .I have to admit that I did not leave a miette : from the entrance to dessert , everything was perfect .terrine pork black house tasteful and greedy, a hamburger magret archi

Dishes are always very good and original. True kitchen made every day with fresh products.Very good to try if you pass through there. The hotel is also very well

Duration between the dishes above 1:00 with a restaurant not specially full the dishes are cold entered and flat the chef who in addition comes to explain to you that he knows that the dishes are cold!!!!Dommage c was good, attentive staff really disappointed
