Cold Stone Creamery - Carmel

I was in the Carmel area and decided to grab some ice cream from Cold Stone. I usually go to the location on 82nd Street or in Broad Ripple, which I visit often. However, the Clay Terrace location gave me the same amount of ice cream that I would get for a smaller size, even though I paid for a "Love It" size! It was the worst experience I've ever had. I think I'd prefer to stick to my usual locations!

Fantastic! The staff works incredibly quickly, and there are plenty of topping options to choose from. Their dairy-free flavors are also delicious and taste just like the real deal. I always visit this place and leave feeling happy!

I had the banana caramel crunch, and it was out of this world! The service was friendly, and the place was clean.

Skipped over twice after being in there for 15 mins. Not worth the rudeness or hassle.

A fan favorite stop when we drive to Clay Terrace! The Reese Cup is worth a try I order it every time instead of ice cream. The team knocks out lines at a nice pace, as well. Beware parking is limited. Plan to park a little bit away and walk. Seating is also very limited, but outdoor seating is available nearby.
