Noble Roman's Craft Pizza Pub - Carmel

Upon entering, you are warmly welcomed. The service is outstanding, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. There's a great selection of alcoholic beverages and plenty of TVs to catch the sports action. The atmosphere is both clean and relaxing. My mom and I chose this place because we hadn’t had NR pizza since leaving California when I was 12, and we had a wonderful time reminiscing about the past.

The restaurant seems to be critically understaffed at times, but the few employees who were able to assist us were patient, friendly, and eager to go above and beyond. Overall, the pizza was decent. However, I wouldn't recommend the meatball sub.

Staff might need to work on their customer service skills as we were not aware it was literally fast food pizza and order ON THE SPOT, but we went to eat, not judge the people. Awesome food, quick and reasonable price.

Ordered a pp pizza with sausage and pepperoni. It was awful. The service was just as bad unfriendly staff. No one greets you. Very strange vibe inside as another customer said to me while exiting. The customer and I attempted to talk to one employeecoming in the door and he totally ignored us by turning around and walked away. The same customer and I both agreed we won'tneed to come here again.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, though it can feel a bit cold due to the open seating layout. It's surprisingly nice without being pricey, which is a definite plus! However, the pizza cutter didn't work well at all, so I had to use my reliable Benchmade Bug Out knife instead. And come to think of it, the fork was pretty useless too—so you might want to bring your camping utensils!
