Starbucks - Carmel

As usual, there was a long line, so my girlfriend went inside to grab a couple of coffees for us. When she does that, I usually lean back in my seat and scroll through Facebook, knowing it'll take a while. I was really surprised when she came back to the car just 10 minutes later with our orders, especially since she hadn't ordered ahead! I couldn't believe how quickly they prepared our drinks—it was the fastest in-store order I've ever experienced. I'm so grateful, as we were really in a rush (I needed some convincing to stop here in the first place). I highly recommend this place!

Friendly staff with fast service. The coffee was not great and disappointing.

I've indulged a couple of times over the past month, and I have to say the service was exceptional. My drink was served extra hot, just the way I love it!

I tried to redeem my birthday offer just one day after the actual date, but they wouldn't accept it since I missed using it on the day. I even showed them my app to prove that I hadn't redeemed it yet. The customer service was awful.

The best part was the barista that I met at the window. I didn't catch their name (I didn't look) but they were super sweet and had a warm personality.
