Catch - Carmel By the Sea

The service at this restaurant was exceptional, with a very pleasant server. While the food could have been a bit hotter, the overall flavor was excellent. We will definitely be coming back for another meal at this establishment.

A guitarist strolled around the restaurant and stood by our table towards the end of the meal, playing and singing. While his performance was good, it felt out of place and resembled a mariachi player at a lively Mexican restaurant. It seemed as though he was expecting a tip, and after a disappointing main course, we were eager to leave. It would have been better if he had performed in a corner of the restaurant rather than by our table. In conclusion, I do not recommend this restaurant unless the chef improves the flavors of the dishes.

Outstanding restaurant! Make sure to visit this restaurant when you are in Carmel. Our server, Jamaiza, was excellent! She took great care of us and gave fantastic recommendations. Dennis welcomed us at the door, and Mario was also fantastic. This restaurant is a must-visit on our next trip to Carmel. The singer was also great. Thank you for a memorable and wonderful experience!

Nice restaurant. Ambience was good. Good service. Food was so so. My husband had sand dabs which was decent. Nothing special though. I had roasted chicken that was so dry I couldn't even cut into it. Augratin potatoes and vegetables were good. Probably wouldn't eat there again.

The surprising champagne and caviar when seated was delightful! Wine selection was excellent with reasonable price choices. Service was attentive and friendly. The quality of the menu choices I made was among the best I've had! I will be back and I have already recommended this place to many friends, thank you!
