Unless you want to sacrifice an arm or a leg.I lived on the Douglas Ranch and know thier facilities . I also know Mike Jones Monday night dinners from the General Store. Neither are worth the price or your time.
My wife, myself, and my #2 son had dinner reservations for 6:30 pm at a new restaurant in Visalia California called Nash 's on Main Street. We waited over an hour to be seated, with no contact from staff at all. The restaurant was busy. After flagging down a hostess, we were finally seated. Elapsed time now over one one half hours. We ordered a bottle of wine, which we received, and looked at the menu. The waiting game continued, and at hour two our order was finally taken. At two and one half hours, after a nice couple at a nearby table intervened, we finally were served. No acknowledgement or apologies. The short ribs were excellent but the service was inexcusable.
Amazing quality at reasonable prices. True country atmosphere. I recommend the Sunday brunch smoked salmon Benedict with a real hollandaise sauce the fluffiest pancakes I've ever had with melted butter and real maple syrup. Yum!

Special place. Schedule changes. Consider yourself lucky if you can get table service. Love filled food.
