Feedback gevenThis restaurant is genuinely the most unprofessional place I have ever visited. Half the time I try to call, I can't place an order because they either can't deliver or are out of items. The last two times I went in, all five employees were sitting in the lobby, chatting and eating, completely ignoring the phone ringing. I hope the corporate office sees this because it urgently needs to be addressed, either by bringing in new staff or shutting down the location.
I really appreciate the friendly staff every time I visit, and the delivery is always punctual. The food is consistently excellent. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard!
Ordered an unsweetened tea and about gagged. They use tap water. I 'm not fancy but at least filter it. Tap water is so bad lately, not the restaurants fault however they were reluctant to take it off the bill even though I clearly only took a sip. The female manager with the short hair kept yelling to her coworkers about how she was gonna get drunk tonight! Nobody wants to hear that garbage while they are trying to enjoy a meal. This pizza hut has really gone downhill. Employees make half of a restaurants reputation
I sometimes venture into places with low ratings, like the 2 stars this restaurant had at the time of my visit, and I'm often pleasantly surprised by the quality or service. Unfortunately, this was not one of those cases. I can't comment on the food because we were never served. When we arrived on a relatively quiet Sunday night, we were told we could sit anywhere. After waiting for a while, two other couples came in and were quickly attended to by the server, who clearly recognized them. Meanwhile, we were left completely ignored. It was obvious we weren't getting any attention, so we decided to leave. Nobody wants to stay where they're not welcomed. I wish I could give it fewer than 2 stars. I won't be returning.
Once again, the delivery driver forgot to check the order for accuracy before leaving the store. Once again , the drinks were left behind. This is an ongoing thing. It's always the beverage. Once again, a 2nd trip back to the store, another trip back to the customer, time wasted and customer service gone. All could have been avoided with a quick 5 second check of the order. 1st offense is tolerable, 2nd offense is irritating, 3rd offense is aggravating, but the 4th? Repeat offender? Maybe they need a new driver... Or someone to verify prior to dispatch
