Hungry Hollow - Carmichael

Looks like the people who eat here are on the older side, but their food is delicious! Great staff! Clean environment! The soups are fantastic! The bird is amazing! Yum!

The food was enjoyable, but the service left much to be desired. I dine out to feel attended to, but my waitress walked past me multiple times without checking on me. The person who delivered my food was not very friendly, though she seemed to be having pleasant interactions with the other tables nearby (perhaps I wasn’t her responsibility). I was also not offered a drink refill, while others around me with half-full cups were attended to.

Hungry Hollow offers amazing food. I enjoyed a ham and cheese omelet that was loaded with peppers and onions, accompanied by real country-style potatoes. Everything was delicious. My son had French toast with warm maple syrup, which he loved. The staff at Hungry Hollow were incredibly attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience.

This place is a hidden gem! I was feeling really hungry while at home, and I'm so glad I discovered it.

Absolutely amazing food that feels home cooked not slapped together. Went here a couple weeks ago to try out was throughly impressed with the food the service the atmosphere considering how busy they were short staffed. It gave me a feel of being at home eating with family friends on a Sunday morning, which usually pretty hard to find now. Thanks Guys will be back soon!!
