Bella’s Pizza - Carol Stream

Worse the cheese pizza. it was hard. could not chew. end of the day.

The first time was great. 2 times they get their driver tested. everything was wrong and I'm under quarantine. hopefully he will be tested

The restaurant will be open tomorrow. I visited the restaurant today but they did not answer the phone. While I understand the need for personal attention, they should have a voicemail message indicating that they are closed. The restaurant has been closed for more than just today without any notice to inform customers.

The restaurant's customer service is terrible - no one even answers the phone. I won't be ordering from them again. They had plenty of time to respond to my review, but after waiting for over 35 minutes, I was hung up on.

This is the first time that I ordered from them. When I received my order it only had the extra toppings that I ordered not the toppings of the specific pizza I ordered also. They were nice enough to replace the pizza for free but this time when I opened the new pizza all the toppings were shifted to one side of the box. Basically leaving a naked pizza with all the toppings on the side. You can't even eat the pizza properly. Needless to say this is very disappointing.
