Roccovino's Italian - Carol Stream

Had my daughter the college department party at the carol stream location! the owner and the manager were great to work with! eating was amazing and so was the service! would recommend this restaurant for parties/events.

I ordered a house salad to avoid having cheese added to my food because I absolutely HATE cheese and wanted a quick lunch. I get home and lo and behold my salad is RUINED because it is covered in parm which was NOT listed on the list of ingredients. Usually the food is good but I had to throw out half of my lunch today. Probably not getting another salad from here :

Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp. Honestly if I was the owner I would be ashamed to deliver this to someone's door. They should call it Mac Cheese with 4 shrimp because that's what it tasted like. No flavor, spices (except a lot of salt on shrimp) or even tiny sprinkle of parsley. I never dined in there but if its same way as their delivery food ... no thank you. You get more flavor from Fettuccine Alfredo in a jar from Jewel then from what they delivered to me. Its more of $8.99 meal then almost $30.

Great local spot with a welcoming staff and great Italian classics.

Had the chefs special for valentines day, Considering they were very busy (fully booked) everything went well, waitress was nice.
