I have come here on two separate occasions and been disappointed both times.Today, we were sat at 3:35 and no one spoke to us until we asked for assistance about 20 minutes later. Apparently, the staff member that sat us did not communicate with the hostess, so our server did not know that we had been sat. Still, after another10 minutes, we had not seen our server. The hostess was kind and helpful and the manager was receptive, but I cannot recommend that anyone visit unless they are not especially hungry and have nowhere else to go.

If you had not recently been to Chili's on Haywood Road, you should give it a try! The food is exceptional and the service is beyond exceptional. Christina is awesome!This Chili's has done a full circle on service! Highly recommend.
