WARNING… Prepackaged ice cream is STALE! We ordered a tub of the peanut butter perfection. After tasting a spoon my wife asked me to try it. It tasted stale and old. My wife decided to take it back. The 2 employees were super disrespectful and unhelpful. They refused to work with my wife to resolve it. Long story short… Do NOT buy a prepackaged item because you are on your own if there is an issue.
The young lady who took the order went up and beyond. Simply put the Ice cream cake, vanilla/yellow cake with Oreo ice cream and chocolate shavings was awesome!!! The cake was moist and the ice cream was really yummy!
Amazing fresh ice cream and service here. I’m glad you can sample things again. If I can’t get Brusters, this is the next best option.
I always have always loved this establishment and always will.
