Firehouse Subs Haywood Rd

I had paid for my sub and had to ask for a refund. The cashier went to make my sub and did not wash her hands, put on gloves, played in her hair and rub down her apron. Yes all with her gloves on. Refund and I left.

Poor customer service and rude people. Never will go back there.

Best subs in the area. The service was great. The food was great. The staff was so nice. Will be coming back very soon. Good to see great staff and managmemt that still work hard!

Even though they were very busy in the store, service was good. And as usual food quality was outstanding! Firehouse Subs rocks ?

Big fan of the pulled pork sandwich they are offering right now, but have had other sandwiches from Firehouse subs, and all have been good. Service seemed a bit slow for this visit, but aside from that, food was all good, and love the firehouse theme in these restaurants. Will continue to be a customer of this chain.
