I asked if I was too far for delivery, he looked it up and said that I was then just said sorry and hung up the phone! Even if it was too far for delivery I was going to put in a order for pick up, so I called back twice and the phone just rang. I can only guess that he had me on caller ID. That’s pretty bad service.

Horrible customer service at this location. I ordered pizza, and made a mistake and clicked Carty out, instead of delivery, and I went in just wanting my tip back.The old white haired guy started raising his voice saying I was wrong, and made the mistake. And could not get my tip back (that was intended for the delivery driver)He yelled at me to get out of the store, and called the cops. I went to my car, and spoke with another customer in the parking lot. And the old man came running out to my truck and took a picture of my disabled vet tag. After that, I did not want to stay and wait to speak to the police, because as a former cop, I deesculated the situation, that he was trying to escalate, by leaving. I did not raise my voice to him, and I did what he said, and left. I called corporate, and they got my tip back.I am a disabled vet with ptsd, I shut down when people yell at me now. This is no way to treat anyone.
