Papa Johns Pizza - Carolina Township

Waited over 39 mins for my order just for them to get it wrong then called to try to get them to fix it just for them to take another 40 mins to get the order together . The wait time was ridiculous for a restaurant that isn’t that busy.

Worse worse worse don’t come here. Cashier name Alyssa bad service eating whiling checking inside of customers orders . Already called DHEC to inspect this place .

Store left off my 6pc Honey Chipotle Wings and 5 packs of Crushed Red Pepper packets the Create Your Own Pizza was smaller than I thought, customer service was horrible when I called back to let them know that what happened and that they only gave the Door Dash Driver order 2 of 3 order 3 of 3 but I would have my boyfriend come get my wings even though that was the purpose of me Door Dashing the order because he just got off and I did not feel well. When I sent my Boyfriend back he had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to remake it.

Our driver Markius is the man!!! He kept communication flowing as he was trying to find our neighborhood (it doesn’t show up on Apple Maps for some reason) when he got here, he was polite and fast.

Markius was super nice! He called and made sure he got to the right place excellent service!
