Starbucks - Carolina Township

Was very displeased to find out that there's absolutely NO SEATING. The drink I ordered was good and the staff was nice. Just displeased about zero seating. Had to go across to Spill the Beans to do my college work. Won't be visiting here again!

The staff are friendly, fast and accommodating. They make the best iced Americano. Not too much water, perfect amount of ice. It’s downtown and walk in only. You can order there but I always order ahead on their app.

It was a hot summer day so we wanted to get a refreshing drink. The Starbucks was not busy, I think there was one or two people who already ordered and were waiting for their drinks. We waited at the counter for a few minutes and nobody acknowledged us so we just left. You just lost a customer due to bad customer service.

I’ve seen a lot of complaints about this store being for Pick Up only, especially that there’s no way to know that. However, you would have to try your hardest to NOT notice the multiple signs all over the windows, door, on the little sign outside… especially the huge lit up letters that say “PICK UP”. If you don’t realize you can’t order inside, that is not the employees fault. Also, just because there is a register there does not mean the employees should just let you order inside. They are not supposed to. They are only following rules. The register is only there to keep employees from getting yelled at by rude customers

Extremely rude to my wife over having to order in store, even though they have the ability to do this. Even after needing to speak with an employee, the drinks were made incorrectly. Ordered one size, she received a smaller one. Their decision was to just put the smaller drink in a bigger cup with more water. terrible service.I don't know why Starbucks chose this as an option, but from my experience they need to figure out a better way to notify people that it is an order only store. Anyone walking around downtown Greenville will think it is a standard store, until you talk with the rude personnel.
