Feedback gevenBad service. Waited 20 minutes for a simple tall coffee w half and half in it. Wow, what happened to turning around, filling a cup, and putting a splash of cream in it. Check that bad register attitude at the door! This was at 9:20 this morning. Left the store at 9:42. I love Starbucks but not this day nor this store.
Awful. We got a cafe mocha and a latte. A new person made them and they were horrible. My husband said nobody tried to help the girl make our drinks.
Alyssa was my drive thru barista today and she was so friendly and nice! She made my morning and Starbucks is lucky to have her. (Also, they should unionize, but that's a different story.
I think this is one of the only locations around so they are usually a little busy, but the staff handles it well. Really nice team and always makes great conversation.
One of my go to evening drinks is a London Fog. As a chain these are usually consistent. Today, unfortunately not. I believe that the barista forgot to add the lavender syrup. Not horrible, just not the usual.
