Feedback gevenItalian cuisine isn't in most cases to elaborated, it's very simple. It's so simple that detail and freshness are key to differentiation and overall quality. This restaurant excel at both: simple food done to high standards (pasta, cooking point, light seasoning , and the use of fresh vibrant ingredients (first time I ate raw mushrooms, seasoned as a salad, the gnocchi... . Everything (and we shared a lot of dishes between our group was delicious, even surprising in some cases. Nice service in a very nice dining room. A great eating experience.
If you are cruising through this area, you should do yourself a favor and try out this unique restaurant. Not very distant from Montichiari and Lake Garda, Brillo Parlante offers food that is simply delicious. The portions are big, the decor is beautiful, and the place ultra-clean. Our waiter was Marco, a very pleasant and easy-going guy, who made our dinner experience something to remember. We will definitely go back for more. If you want genuine homemade southern Brescian food, then this place is a must.

Nice local in the first place for the super joy of those who greeted us and served us. good, simple and abundant dishes, with some points to be noticed, type of cheese served not cold by fridge or stochafisso without any hydrofoil; things not discounted in a trattoria . personally I would like to taste the bottles of oil and vinegar from great distribution from the table because they make a little so many company canteen
