Mcdonald's - Carpinteria

It's a Mc Donald's. No smiles, no friendly faces on anybody. I just go for the burger. It's always goodParking: Large and lots of open spaces. Never have to walk to far

Worst McDonalds on the entire planet. Big Mac was cold and dried out. The burger patties were dry as a bone and obviously had been cooked 12-24 hours before I purchased. Fries were cold, hard as a rock, horrible. So wish we had an actual good McDonalds in Carpinteria not this horrible one.

Most times I've been here a very simple order has been wrong. The manager said he doesn't know how to work the restaurant app, and he's a young man. This place literally needs a new crew altogether. Carpinteria and passers by deserve better.

Got my food, and had to ask for the coffee, and 2 hot chocolates that were missing. After waiting 10 minutes for the coffee and hot chocolate, we had to wait another 15 minutes for a small hot chocolate for my son. When we got it, it was barely warm. The McDonald's was empty so not sure why there was such a delay. Employees in the back were arguing with each other as well.

Excellent customer service there's a gentleman that's a server that's name is Chris he always goes above and beyond to create and I'm kind of professional matter and service from him is 100% accurate and delivered in a personal matter and professional matter I commend your employee above and
