Ashbank - Carradale

We only popped in here to quench our thirst. It was the only place open the large hotel was closed (in June, on a Saturday evening!? . The Ashbank had a great vibe to it, with plenty of seating in doors and out. There is no draft beer (it's too small , but there is a very good selection of bottled beers (mostly Fyne Ales , cider and local gins. The locals are also very friendly, and happy to inform you if all the local gossip!

Can't fault this great wee b&b. A friendly and personal welcome from the owner, clean adequate room, a sociable family/local bar and the best breakfast in all of Scotland made and served by the proprietor himself. I will return. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
