Ranch Iv Donuts - Carrollton

Quite simply, the best donuts in Carrollton, TX. This place is about 5 miles from me and there are DOZENS of donut shops between me and it and I will drive and pass all those other shops up to get Ranch Donuts!

I can't believe I didn't discover this place sooner! My friends recommended Ranch IV to me, and it certainly lived up to the hype! I can't wait to return for their donuts and kolaches!

I think this place deserves a fresh review, as it seems a lot has changed for everyone since the pandemic. These donuts are absolutely delicious! We’ve tried and shared a variety, including maple glazed, buttermilk, blueberry cake, raspberry-filled, custard-filled, and strawberry glazed. They are fluffy and it’s clear they regularly change their oil, which is a definite plus for me. The two ladies managing the shop are incredibly friendly and cheerful. We can’t wait to try their fritters and strawberry-filled donuts next!

The donuts were tasty, but I found them to be quite pricey. I ordered 4 specialty donuts, 2 regular donuts, 2 kolaches, and 2 drinks (strawberry milk and juice), which came to a total of $28. I don't think it was worth the cost.
